RESOLUTION NO. CWS-92-~
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
AND THE TAX MAPS DESIGNATING THE "DISTRICT 2 -
EAST AND SOUTH NAPLES SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, as the Governing Body of Collier County, and as
Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer
District, (the "Board"), adopted Resolution No. 68-2:12/CWS-88-22
on September 27, 1988 confirming the creation of District 2 - East
and South Naples Sanitary Sewer System Assessment District and
ordering the construction of the assessable improvem.,nts within
the District, and
WHEREAS, the Board adopted Resolution No. 91-823/CWS-91-8
on December 17, 1991, setting forth the Board's intent to use the
uniform method of collecting non-ad valorem assessments provided
for in section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, for District 2 - East
and South Naples Sanitary Sewer System Assessment District special
assessments; and
WHEREAS, Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, provides that a
legal description of the property within the special assessment
district is to be provided to the Property Appraiser; and
WHEREAS, the legal description attached to Resolution 91-823/
CWS-91-8 contained a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF
COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, that:
1) The legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein is hereby approved as the legal description
for. District 2 - East and South Naples sanitary Sewer System
Assessment District.
2) The tax maps attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and
incorporated herein are hereby approved to depict the area

included within District 2 - East and South Naples Sanitary Sewer
System Assessment District.
3) The Clerk is hereby directed to provide the Collier
County Property Appraiser and the Collier County Tax Collector
with a certified copy of this Resolution~
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
