A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER
DISTRICT SETTING FORTH ITS INTENT TO USE
THE UNIFORM METHOD OF COLLECTING THE
~PECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR COLLECTION OF NON-AD
VALOREM ASSESSMENTS FOR DISTRICT 2 - EAST
AND SOUTH NAPLES SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida, as the Governing Body of Collier County and as
Ex-Officio
the Governing
Board of
the Collier
County
Water-Sewer District, hereinafter referred to as "District",
approved the construction of sanitary sewer improvements within
the "District 2 - East and South Naples sanitary Sewer System"
Special Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, District intends to finance this project through
the levy of a special assessment against those properties
benefited by the project. Said properties are located within
District 2
East and South Naples sanitary Sewer System
Special Assessment District as described in attached Exhibit
"A" 1 and
WHEREAS, Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, provides a
uniform method of cOllecting,such assessments and said Section
requires that the District adopt a resolution at a public
hearing prior to January 1 stating its intent to use the
uniform method of collecting such assessments; and
WHEREAS, Section 197.3632, Florida statutes, also requires
that the District publish notice of its intent to use the
uniform method for collecting such assessments weekly in a
newspaper of general circulation within each county contained
in the boundaries of the District for four consecutive weeks
prior to hearing; and
WHEREAS, the District has pUblished the required notices.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY
OF COLLIER COUNTY AND EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
COLLIER C\'UNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, that:
1. The special assessments to be levied aqainst the
benefited properties within District 2 - East and South Naples
Sanitary Sewer System Special Assessment District as described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and located along the routes as
described' in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, shall be collected
utilizinq the uniform method for collectinq such special
assessments as provided in Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes.
2. A copy of this Resolution shall be mailed by United
States mail to the Collier County Property Appraiser, the
Collier
County Tax Collector, and the State of Florida
Department of Revenue by January 10, 1992.
3. It is determined that the special assessments within
District 2
East and South Naples sanitary Sewer System
special Assessment District shall be collected over a period of
nineteen (19) years.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favorinq same.
