A I~ESOLUTION APPOINTING MEJ\IOEIlS TO
Tilt: COLI.IEIl COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOAIlD,
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 92.80, as amended by Ordinance No. 96-78.
provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven regular
members and two alternate members; and
WIIEREAS, lhere are currenlly regular member ,'acancie. on this Board; and
WIIEREAS, there are Iwo allemale members who desire 10 become regular members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public nolice soliciting
applications from inlerested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAIl[) OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. lhal:
I. Peter Lehmann i. hereby ,ppointed as a regular member to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board to fulfill the vacant term plus an addition 3 year term. said tcrm to expire on
February "', 200J.
2. Diane Taylor is hereby appointed as a regular member to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board 10 fulfilllhe vacant term, said term to expire on February 14,2002.
J. Darrin M. Phillips is hereby appointed a. an alternale to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board to fulfill the vaeanllerm plus an addilion J year term. said lerm to expire on
February 14, 200J.
4. Kalhryn M. Godfrey is hereby appointed as an allernate 10 the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board 10 fulfill the vacant term, said lerm 10 e.xpire on February 14,2001.
