RESOLUTION NO. 99-416
A RESOl.UTION APPOINTING LARRY MULLINS
TO TlIf. AFFORDAIlLf.1I0USING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65 created the AITordable Housing
Commission and provides that the County Commission shall appoint live (5) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission and the City of Naples shall appoint four (4) members to thc
Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, the tcrm of one (I) mcmber expired creating a vacancy on this commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commi"ioners previously pro\ided puhlic notice soliciting
applications from interested partie,
NOW, TIIEREFORE. BE IT RESOI.VED BY TilE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COI.LlER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Larry 1,lu11ins is hereby
