WHEREAS. the Public Yehicle Advisory Committee was established by Collier County
Ordinance No 86-4, as amended; and
WHEREAS, Collier COllnty Ordinance No, 86-4. as amended, provides that the I'uhlie
Yehicle Advisory Committee shall consist Df five (';) members with (3) of the members being
afliliated as holders of certificates to operate a motor vehicle for hire c'Jmpany within Collier
County; and
WlIEREAS, there rs currently a vacancy "n this Commit lee Ii" lhe non-allilialed
