A RESOLUTIOS OF APPOINTMENT TO THE 1I0USJSG FINANCE AUTHORITY
OF COLLIER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Counly Commissioners of Collier County created the Housing
Finance Authority of Collier CounlY (the' AUlhori'y') by Ordinance No. 80-66 on July 29, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the Board nas appointed certain individuals as members of the Authority; and
WHEREAS. Charles Daura)' resigned 15 a member ortne Authority; and
\\.1-IEREAS. the Board desires to appoint the individual named herein tu be a member of the
Authority

COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, thot.
I. T. M. Hayes is hereby appointed to serve a term or four years as a member of the
Housing Finance Authority creollier County ~aid term to expire Octoher 12,2003.
