RESOLUTION NO. 99-385
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CASEY WOLFF TO
THE IMMOKALEE ENTERPRISE ZONE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida adopted
Ordinance No, 95-22 establishing the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Developmenl Agency pursuant
to Section 290,001, et seq" Florida Slatules; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 95-22 provides lhat the Immokalee Enterprise Zone
Development Agency shall consist of not fewer than eight (8) or more than thirteen (13)
members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Counly Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from inlerested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Developmenl Agency has provided the Board of
County Commissioners with its recommendalion for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Casey Wolff, Immigration
Lawyer, is hereby reappointed to the Immokalee Enterprise Zone Development Agency to fulfill
the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on April 4, 2003,
