RESOLUTION RENAMING WATERLOO ROAD
TO WATERLOO COURT, WHICH STREET IS
LOCATED IN WATERWAYS OF NAPLES UNIT
2, IN SEC"l'ION 14, TOWNSHIP 4S SOUTH,
RANGE 27 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of Conmy Commissioners is authorized pursuant to authority of
Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or rename streets and roads, except for certain state
roads; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been reque~ed to confirm the
renaming of Wate~oo Road to Waterloo Court. This street is located in Section 14, Township 48
South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida, Waterways of Naples Unit 2, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 29, Pages 71 through 74, of the Ofl'~cial Records of'Collier
County, Florida;
WHEREAS, there appears to be no street in Collier County with this name or any similar
so~mding name; and
WHEREAS. it is necessary for identification purposes to confirm the name of this street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The name of this street is hereby changed ~ Waterloo Road to Waterloo Court and is
cenfirmed as such.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Re~olution be recorded in the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida, and noted upon the maps of the street and zoning atlases of Collier
County, and notations made on the refmmced Plat.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vo~e.
