RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO....ISSIONERS AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF
COLUER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS EX-CFFICIO THE
GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLUER COUNTY
WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, THE GOODLAND WATER
DISTRICT AND THE MARCO WATER AND SEWER
DISTRICT APPROVING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
HARDSHIP DEFERRALS FOR CERTAIN WATER AND/OR
SEWER SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 1999 TAX
YEAR.
WHEREAS. the Belen! of County CommIsalonenl in its individual capacity
as the Governing Body of Colier County, Florida, and as Ex-Officio the
Governing Belen! of the Colier County Water-Sewer Districl. the Goodland Water
District and the Marco Water and Sewer District (hereinafter referred to as the
"Board') established by Resolutions No. 96-358. No. CW5-96-9. No. MWS-96-2
and No. GWO-96-2 a program for the deferrals of spedal assessments for water
and/or _ improvements lor ~ne... who qualify under said Resolutions;
and
WHEREAS, Sec:lIon Eight of uid RnoIutIons provides that the Board
shall approve by resolutJon the spedal as..ument hardship deferrals which
shalllndude the property owne"s name, rnsiling address, legal description of the
property, property folio number, the name of the spedal assessment district,
account number and tho amount of the annual special assessment payment
being deferred.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AS THE GOVERNING
BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY, AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, THE
GOODlAND WATER DISTRICT AND THE MARr:O WATER AND SEWER
