RESOLUTIOH NO. 96-BAR~2
A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.06(2).
FLORIDA STATIJTES. TO AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE
1995/96 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS. Section 129.06(2), Florida Statutes, provides that the Board of
County Commissioners (hereinafter also referred to ~s "Board") at any time
within 8 fiscal year may amend a budget for that year, and provides the
procedures therefore; and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida. has
received copies ot budget amendments which provide for but are not limited to:
anticipated carry forward, unanticipated revenue, and/or receipts of a nature
from a source not anticipated 1n the budget and recp.lved for 8 particular
purpose; appropriations for expenditures in p~rticul~r funds that should be
decreased and other appropriations in the same fund that should be
correspondingly increased; appropriations from the reserve for contingencies;
appropriations from the reserve for future construction and improvements; and
increased receipts for enterprise or proprietary funds received for a particular
purpose; and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is atpropriate to amend the
Budget for Fiscal Year 1995/96 by resolution pursuant to Section 129.06, Florida
Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budget amendments to the 1995/96 FY Budget
described below are approved and hereby adopted and the 1995/96 FY Budget is so
amended.
