A RESOLIJTION APPOINTING MICIIAEL G.
TO TIlE ENVIRONMENTAl, ADVISORY COUNCIl,.
\\'tlEREAS, on January 27, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County
adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 09-6 creating the Environmenial Advisory Council; and
\\qlFA~,EAS, (;oilier County Ordinance No 99-6 provides fiu~l the F,n¥ironmt:nt Advisory
Council shall consist of 9 members; and
WItEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this board; and
WllEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners previously provided pt,blic notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Tile BOARI) OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, ti~at Michael G Coe is hereby
appointed under the categot)' oF Non-Technical Advisor to the Environmental Advisory Council
For a two )'car term. said term to expire on April 30, 2001
