RESOLUTION NO. 96-331
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE IIISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37, creating the Hispanic AJfairs Advisory
Board, provided that the Advisory Board shall consist of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance No. 91-37 by
providing that the Advisor:r Board shall consist afnine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, there ar" currently three (3) vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting application.; from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOl.VED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COl.LIER COUNTY, Fl.ORIDA, that
1. Manuel Andres l.a:;o is hereby appointed to the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill
the remainder of the vacant term, said teml to expire on June 25, 1997.
2. Armando Ayala is hereby appointed to the Hispanic AJfairs Advisory Board to fulfill the
remainder of the vacant lenTI, said term to expire on June 25,1997
3. Edgardo Tenreiro i.; hereby appointed to the Hispanic ^lTairs Advisory Board to fulfill the
remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 25, 1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
