RESOLUTION NO, 96-330
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DANIEL J. BUllS
TO TilE COLLIER COUNTY BUILDING BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-102, The Land Development Code, as amended, pf')vides
that the Colli.r County Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals shall be composed oftive (S)
members and is established for the purpose of providing a decision-making body through whi<:h
an owner of a building or structure may appeal the rejections or refusal of the Building Official to
approve the mode or manner of construction proposed to be followed or materials to be used in
the erection or alteration of that building or structure; and
WHEREAS, the term of one (I) member on this board, for the category of Mechanical
Contractor, will expire on August 9, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORJDA, that Daniel J. Buhs meets th"
prerequisites for appointment and is hereby appointed, in the category of Mechanical Contractor,
to the Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals for a four (4) year term, said term to expire on
August 9, 2000.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
