RESOLUTION NO. 91\- 316
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT C. BENNETT, JR., TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER AND WASTEWATER AUTIIORJTY
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 96.6, I:reated the Collier County Water and
Wastewater Utilities Regulatory Ordinance and pnJv1de~1 that the Authority shall be compos-cd of
five (5) members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 96.6 provides that thrct: (3) members of the Authority shall be
technical members and two (2) members of the Authority :;hall be lay members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy in the technical category; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORlIlA, that Robert C. Bennett, Jr., is hereby
appointed in the technical category to the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority to
fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to cxpire on May 21,1998.
This Resolution adopted after malian, second and majority vote.
