A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL PEDONE
TO TilE COLLIER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Collier County Planning Commission was established by Collier County
Ordinance No. 85-51, as amended by Collier County Ordinance No. 86-76; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended, repealed and replaced
Ordinance No. 85.51, as amended, re-establishing the Collier County Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS: Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended, provides that the Collier County Planning
Commission shall be composed of nine (9) rncmbcls representing the five commission districts;
and
WHEREAS, there is currently one (I) vacancy on this board for Commission District No. I;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMlSSIONERS or COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Michael Pedone, representing
Commission District No.1, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Planning Commission to
fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on October 1,1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority Yote.
