RESOLUTION NO. 96-314
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE
AND TO MODIFY ANn PARTIALLY SUPERSEDE
RESOLUTION NO. 96-160 TO PROVIDE CORRECTION
OF TIlE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE
COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier County Ordinance No,
91..10 creating the County Government Productivity Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93.13 provides that the Committee shall consist of 13
members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently three (3) members vncllncies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, & scrivener's error was made on Resolution No. 96-160 which identified JUt
inc0rrect appointment to this committee;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA, Ihat:
I. Chari.. E, Getler. representing the category of Business Management, is hereby
appointed to the County Government Productivity Committee to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant term. said term to expire February 4, 1997.
2. Robert D. Laird, representing the category of Real EstatelInsurance, is hen'by
appointed to the County Government Productivity Committee to fulfill the remainder of the
vacanttenn, said term to expire February 4, 1997.
3. Brian C. Paul, representing the category of Business Management, is hereby
appointed to the County Government Productivity Commillee to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant term, said term to expire February 4. 1997,
IT IS FURTI-rER RESOLVED that Ihis Rec.olution modifies and supersedes Resolutit)n
No. 96-160, 10 the extent that a scrivener's eITor was made reflecting the appointment of Brian C.
Paul to the County Government Produetivity Commillee on N1arch 26, 1996, Resolution No, !>S-
160 is hereby modified to reflect the appointment of lac\ G McKenna. Mare Gertner, and
Bernard L. Weiss to the County Government Productivity Committee. The terms of their
membership .haIl expire on February 4. 1998.
