A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INITIAL TERMS OF
OFFICE FOR THE MEMBERS APPOINTED TO THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER AND WASTEWATER AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, members of the Collier County Water and Wastewater
Authority were appointed by the Board of County Commissioners on
May 21, 1996 by Resolution No. 96-242; and
WHEREAS, said renolution provides that the initial terms of
of tics for ths members appointed to the Collier County Water and
Wastewater Authority shall be approved by separate resolution of
the Board of County Commissioners after the Authority has met and
has mad. a recommendation to the Board ot County Commissioners
regarding their respective initial terms of office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the initial terms
of offics for the members of the Collier County Water and
Wastewater Authority shall be as follows:
Richard F. Bergmann, Lay Member for 3 years, commencing May
21, 1996 and expiring on May 20, 1999.
Scott L. French, Lay Member tor 1 year, commencing May 21,
1996 and expiring on May 20, 1997.
Neno J. Spagna, Technical Member for 3 years, commencing May
21, 1996 and expiring on May 20 1999.

Georg~ J. Schroll, Technical Member for 4 years, commencinq
May <'1, 1996 and expiring on May 20, 2000.
