RESOLUTION NO. 96-275
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATING LAKE TRAFFORD AS AN OFFICIAL FISH
MANAGEMENT AREA.
WHEREAS, after careful consideration it has been detennined that it ia in the public
interest to designate Lake Trafford (site description attached) as a fish management area as
provided by Chapter 372, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, on June II, 1996, the Board of County Commissioners voted to designate
Lake Trafford as a fish management area under special management by the Florida Game and
Fresh Water Fish Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Lake Trafford is hereby
declared as a fish management area to be effective after similar designation of ssid area by the
State of Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission, as provided by law.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOYfED THIS l!1h DAY OF JUNE .1996, after motion,
second and majority vote.
