RESOLUTION NO. 96-272
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 95-42, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 90-105,
92-61, and 95-11, created the Contractors' Lic.,"sing Board and provides that the Board shall be
c.omposed of nine (9) members appointed \r! the Board of County Commissioners with a
minimum of two (2) members residing within the c.orporate city limits of Naples or rec.ommended
to the Board by the Naples City Council; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one (I) vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the terms of three (3) members will expire June 30, 1996, creating additional
vac.ancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from various interested parties;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. Richard E. Joslin, Jr., meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby appointed to
the c.ontractors' Licensing Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on
June 30, 1997.
2. Les Diclaon meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby appointed to the
c.ontractors' Licensing Board for a three year term, said term to expire on June 30, 1999.
3. Gary F. Hayes meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby reappointed to the
c.ontractors' Licensing Board for a three year term, said term to expire on June 30, 1999.
4. Humbert L. Gressan! meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby reappointed
to the c.ontractors' Licensing Board for a three year term, said term to expire on June 30, 1999.
This Resolution adopted after motion, sec.ond and majority vote.
