RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 271
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIEN FOR
ACCOUNT NO. 152929 THAT WAS BILLED IN ERROR FOR THE
1992 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
the Board of County Commissioners on September 19, 1994, adopted Resolution
No. 94-668 authorizing the recording ot notices of liens tor the delinquent
solid waste collection and disposal services special assessments tor 199~1
and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the
Board to approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records a
Satisfaction of Lien on all accounts that have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to collier County Ordinance No.
90-30, as amended, the Board rec~mizes that Account No. 152929 was billed
in error since the property cannot be serviced with Waste Management
equipment. The Board adopted Resolution No. 94-672 approving a hardship
deferred on this account No. 152929, (Folio No. 00200760001). Account No.
152929 subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 94-668, whereupon a lien
had been recorded on the real property, is hereby satisfied in full. The
hardship deferment for Folio No. 00200760001 as contained in Reaolution
94-672 is hereby removed and Satisfied in full. The SatiSfaction of Lien
attached hereto referencing account number 152929 is hereby approved and the
Chairman is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County
Commissioners, and the Clerk is directed to record this Resolution and the
Satisfaction of Lien in the official records of
Collier County.
