A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIEN FOR
ACCOUNT NO. 1643 THAT WAS BILLED IN ERROR FOR THE 1994
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
the Board of County Commissioners on September 14, 1995, adopted Resolution
No. 95~475. authorizing the recording of notices of liens for the delinquent
solid waste collection and disposal services special assessments for 1994;
and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, requires the
Board to approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records a
.
Satisfaction of Lien on all accounts that have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
CoLLIER COUNTY, ,FLORIDA, that pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No.
90~30, as amended, the Board recognizes that Account No. 1643 was billed in
error since the property cannot be serviced with Waste Management equipment.
Account No. 1643 subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 95~475,
whereupon a lien had been recorded on the real property, is hereby satisfied
in full. The Satisfaction of Lien attached hereto referencing Account
Number 1643 is hereby approved and the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign
on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners, and the Clerk is directed to
record this Resolution and the Satisfaction of Lien in the official records
