RESOLUTION NO. 96-265
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee was establi,hed by Collier County
Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended, provides thalthe Public
Vehicle Advisory Committee .hall colUist of five (5) member, with (3) of the member, being
sffiliated as holders of ccrlifieate, to operate a motor vehicle for hire company within Collier
County; and
WHEREAS, there arc currently two (2) vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. Bryan L. S. Pease. affiliated, meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby
appointed to the Public V chicle Advisory Committee for the remainder of the vacant tem plus an
additional four (4) year term, said term to expire on September 2,2000.
2. Thomas W. Lugrin, sffiliatcd, meeU the prerequi,ites for appointment and i, hereby
appointed as aItcrnateto the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee for the remainder of the vacant
term plu, an additional four (4) year term, said term to expire on September 2, 2000.
. This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
