RESOLUTION NO. 96-~
A RESOLUTIOn EXTENDING UNTIL DECEMBER 31,
1996, THE COLLIER COUNTY LANOFILL CITIZENS
ADVISORY COIlHITTEE AS AN AD HOC COMMITTEE,
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 95-333,
CONFIRMING I~L THE TERMS, CONDITIONS,
APPOINTED K/:KIlERS, FUNCTIONS, POWERS AND
DUTIES OF THE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the B08t'd of County Commissioners on May 16, 1995
adopted Resolution No. 95-333 establishinq the Collier County
Landfill Citizens Advisory Committee as an ad hoc committee under
the provisions ot Collier County Ordinance No. 86-41, as amended;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 95-333, the Collier
County Landfill Citizens Advisory Committee will terminate on Kay
16, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
appropriate and in the best interest of the County to extend the
Collier County Landfill Citizens Advisory Committee to permit the
Committee to finalize Lts work and submit to the Board of County
Commissioners the Commlttee's final report on the future
location(s) of the Collier County landfill site.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bl~ IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLII~ COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Collier County
Landfill Citizens Advieory Committee shall continue as an ad hoc

committee from May 16, 1996 through December 31, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board hereby confirms all the
terms, conditions, provisions, appointed members, functions,
powers and duties of the Collier County Landfill'Citizens Advisory
Committee as set forth Ln Resolution No. 95-333.
