A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DEBORAH J. HILL TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
TECHNICAL ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 9J.26 creating the Collier County Environmental
Policy Technical Advisory Board provides that the Board shall consist of nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on lune IS, 1991, adopted Collier County
Ordinance No. 91-46 which amends Ordinance No. 91-26 by providing that the Collier County
Environmental Policy Technical Advisory Board shaIl consist of eleven (II) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMiSSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that Deborah I. Hill meels the
prerequisites for appointment and is hereby appointed to the Collier County Environmental Policy
Technical Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant rem, said term to expire on
September 30, 1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
