RESOLUTION NO. 96-242
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER
COUNTY WATER AND WASTEWATER AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 96-6 created the
Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority and provides that
the Authority shall be composed of five (5) members appointed by
the Board of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 96-6 provides that three (3) members
of the Authority shall be technical members and two (2) members ot
the Authority shall be lay members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the fOllowing
individuals are hereby appointed to the Collier County Water and
Wastewater Authority:
Ann P. S. stickford, Technical Member
Richard F. Bergmann, Lay Member
scott L. French, Lay Member
Neno J. Spagna, Technical Member
George J. schroll, Technical Member
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the members of the Collier
County Water and Wastewater Authority shall determine the initial

terms of office for each of the members appointed by this
Resolution in accordance with section 1-3 of Collier County
Ordinance No. 96-6. The Authority shall submit the recommended
terms of office for approval by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners.
This Resolution adopted this 21st day of May, 1996, after
