RESOLUTION NO, 96-241
RESOLUTION APPOINTING DELORES BARE TO
TIlE MARCO ISLAND BEACUTIFlCATION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 88-28 confinned the creation of the Marco
Island Beautification Advisory Committee and provides that the Committee shall be composed of
SOYen (7) members; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 88-28, as amended by Ordinance No. 92-21,
provides that five (5) of the membership shall consist of one (1) member from each of certain
Marco Island community organizations recommended by the President of such organizations, and
two (2) at-large members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one (1) vacancy on this Committee from the At-Large
CAtegory; and
WHEREAS, a memorandum was received from the Marco Island Beautification Advisory
Committee recommending appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Delores Bare, representing the
At-Large category, is hereby appointed to the Marco Island Beautification Advisory Commitlee
to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on March I, 1998.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
