RESOLUTION NO. 96-240
RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY COUNCIL OF ECONOMIC ADVISORS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 94-26 on May 10,
1994, establishing the Collier county Council afEconomic Advisors to provide assistance, advice,
report! and recommendations to the Board of County Commissionen regarding efficient and
effective methods that the Board of County Commissioners can use to increase economic
opportunities and increase and diversify the economic base in Collier County; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 95-6, amended Ordinance No. 94~26 by increasing the number
of voting members from 9 to 12 and removing the non-voting alternate category; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one (l) vacancy and the need to appoint six (6) new memters
to the Council of Economic Advisors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
l. Bob N. Wallace, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic Advisors
to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire August 2,1998.
2. Lawrence Fox is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic Advisors
for a four year term, said term to expire on August 2, 2000.
3. Robert Guididas is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic Advisors
for a 3 year term, said term to expire on August 2, 1999.
4. Patricia A. Huff is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic Advisors
for a two year term, said term to expire on August 2, 1998.
5. Dawn P. Litchfield is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic
Advisors for a three year term, said term to expire on August 2,1999.
6. Edward A. Morton is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic
Advisors for a four year term, said term to expire on August 2, 2000.
7. Michel Saadeh is hereby appointed to the Collier County Counsel of Economic Advisors
for a four year term, said term to expire on August 2, 2000.
