RESOLUTION RENAMING GULF STAR DRIVE NORTH
TO "YACHT HARBOR DRIVE", IIIIICH STREET IS
LOCATED IN SOUTHPOINTE YACHT CLUB PUD,
IN SECTIONS 14 AND 23, TOWNSHIP 50
SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
IIIIEREAS, the Board of County commissioners is authorized pursuant
to authority of Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or rename
streets and roads,' except for certain state roads; and
IIIIEREAS, the Board of County commissioners han been requested to
confirm the renaming of Gulf Star Drive North to Yacht Harbor Drive,
which street is located within the Southpointe Yacht Club PUD in .
Sections 14 and 23, TownShip 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida, according to the plat thereot, recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages
52 and 53, of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida;
IIIIEREAS, there appears to be no street in Collier County with this
name or any similar sounding name; and
IIIIEREAS, it is necessary for identification purposes to confirm
the name of this street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The name of this street is hereby changed from Gulf Star Drive
North and confirmed as Yacht Harbor Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and noted upon the maps at
the street and zoning atlases of Collier County, and notations made on
the referenced Plat.
