RESOLUTION NO. 96-209
A RESOLUTION ArpOINTlNG GEORGE H. HERMANSON
TO TilE PELICAN llA Y MUNICIPAL SERVICES TAXING
AND DENEFlT UNO' ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 9O-1l1 created the Pelican Bay Municipnl
Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Commillee and provided th.t the Commiltee shall
consist of nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-22 amended Ordinance No. 90-111,
providing that the Committee shall consist offifteen (IS) members; and
WHEREAS, there i. currently a vacancy on the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and
Benefit Unit Advisory Commillee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COllIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that George H. Hermanson i. hereby
appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee to
fulftll the remainder of the vacant term, said term expiring on January 29, 1998.
