Resolution 1996-199 RESOLUTION NO. 96-199 APR 1 6 1996 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MIREYA M. WUVIERE TO THE HISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-37, creating the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board, provided that the Advisory Board shall consist of seven (7) members; and WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance No. 91-37 by providing that the Advisory Board shall consist of nine (9) members; and WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting applications from interested parties; NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Mireya M. Louviere is hereby appointed to the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on June 25,1999.
