A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COUNTYGOVERNMENTPRODUCTnnTYCO~E
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commi..ioner. adopted Collier County Ordinance No.
91-10 creating the County Government Productivity Committ..; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-13 provides that the Committ.. .hall consist of 13
members; and
WHEREAS, the terms ofthr.. (3) members ecpired on February 4,1996; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
so~citing .pp~cations from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. lack G. McKenna is hereby appcinted to the County Government Productivity
Committ.. for a two yoar tenn, said term to expire February 4, 1998.
2. Marc Gertner is hereby appcinted to the County Government Productivity
Committ.. for a two yoar tenn, said term to expire February 4, 1998.
3. Brian C. Paul is hereby appointed to the County Government Productivity
Committ.. for a two yoar term, said term to expire February 4, 1998.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
