A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE RESPONSIBILITY TO THE
CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, EX-OFFICIO THE CLERK TO
THE BOARD, TO ASSURE THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS OF ALL
BONDS ISSUED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED IIITH THE BOARD'S
INDEBTEDNESS ARE IN FULL COMPLIANCE, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, THE FILING OF ALL APPROPRIATE
INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE REPORTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners of Collier county,
Florida, as the Governing Body of Collier County and as Ex-Officio the
Governing Board of various Districts, have previously issued and may
issue in the future, a number ot bond issues for various projects and
other certificates of indebtedness; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it appropriate and
in the County's best interest to designate the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Ex-Officio the Clerk to the Board, as the individual responsible

tor monitoring and assuring that all the requirements of the bond
covenants and any other documents for the Board's indebtedness are in
full compliance.
NOli, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) The Clerk of the circuit Court, Ex-Officio the Clerk to the
Board, is hereby designated as the individual that is responsible for
monitoring and assuring the Board's full compliance of all the
requirements contained in the County's bond covenants and any other
documents for the Board's indebtedness, including but not limited to,
the filing of any Internal Revenue Service reports.
2) The arbitrage calculations tor allot the Board'. bond i.au..
and any other documents of indebtedness shall be the responsibility of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court, EX-Officio the Clerk to the Board, and
shall be provided for in the Board's external audit contract and be
reflected in the Board's annual audit report.
This Resolution adopted this 26th day of Karch, 1996, after motion,
