RESOLUTION NO. 96-136
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KENT KOLEGUE TO THE
GOLDEN GATE COMHUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden
Gate MUnicipal Servicee Special Taxinq District and provides that
the Board of County Commissioners appoint a committee of three to
five elsctors residinq within the district to serve on the
Committee; and
WHEREAS, there are currently one (1) vacancy on the Goldan
Gate Community Center Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice solicitinq applications from interested
parties to fill the vacant term.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Kent Koleque is
hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee for a two year term, said term expirinq on December 31,
1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
