RESOLUTION NO. 96-126
RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
OCHOPEE FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-6 created the
OChop.. Fire Diatrict and provides tor the establishment ot an
advisory board; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-98 contirmed the
creation ot the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board and provides
that the Advisory Board shall be composed of five (5) members and
such membership shall consist of one (1) member from each ot the
designated areasi and
WHEREAS, the terms of three (3) members expired on December
31, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice SOliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Michael B. Hart is hereby reappointed to the Ochopee Fir.
District Advisory Board tor a two year term, eaid term expiring on
December 31, 1997.
2) T. Anthony Brock, is hereby reappointed to the Ochop..
Fire District Advisory Board for a two year term, said term
expiring on December 31, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Board hereby waiv.. the
limitation on the terms of office provisions of Ordinance 86-41,
as amended, for purposes of reappointment of T. Anthony Brock.
