RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 123

A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 129.03,
FLORIDA STATUTES, REQUIRING TIlE TENTATIVE
BUDGETS OF THE SHERIFF, THE CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT AND THE SuPERVISOR OF
ELECTIONS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BY MAY 15, 1996 FOR
THE ENSUING FISCAL YEAR AND BY MAY 1 OF
EACH YEAR COMMENCING IN 1997 AND
THEREAFTER .
WHEREAS, Chapter 129, Florida statutes, addressing the
County annual budget, provides specifically in Section 129.03,
Florida Statutes, that the Board of County Commissioners may,
by resolution, I'equire the tentative budgets of the sheriff,
the clerk of the circuit court and the supervisor of elections
to be submitted by May 1 of each year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, pursuant to Section
129.03, Florida Statutes, that the Sheriff, the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and the Supervisor of Elections of the County of
Collier, Florida, are hereby required to submit their
respective tentative budgets for the ensuing fiscal year to the
Board of County Commissioners by May 15, 1996 and by May 1 of
each year commencing in 1997 and thereafter.
This Resolution shall be effective upon its adoption.
