Resolution 1996-057 RESOLUTION NO. 96- 57 16AB K A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINAllCE 91-47. FEe 1 3 1996 WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description of said parcel; and WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding obligation upon the property against w~ich made until paid; and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30) days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0~) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof. ... ... ... 00 00 00 c::> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed the following costs of such abatement, to wit: N.AME : LEGAL DESCRIPTION: COSTI Daniel Castro Gisela Castro 3400 Slf 69th Ave Kiami, FL 33155 Lot 11, Block 182, Unit 6, Part 1 $245.00 GOLDEN GATE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book P. at Pages 1 through 7, inc1usiv", of the Public Records of Collier ('cunt~/', Florida. ~ <=>-. cr.
