A RESOLUTIOll OF THE BOAFD OF COUNT'I COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSI1ENT OF LIEN, fOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC lIUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including preBcribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost ther~0f to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of COtlnty Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessm~nt shall b~ a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against "hich made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due ~nd payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of tlotice of Assessment after which int~reot
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12. O~) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE[, B'I THE BOrcRD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COmiTY, FLOR'DA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of assessment of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days hereof. a
certified copy of this Resolution shall b~ recorded in the official
records of Collier County, Florida, to constitute a lien against such
property according to law, unless 8uch direction is stayed by this
Board .upon appeal of the a8se88~ent of the own~r.
