RESOLUTION NO. 96-42
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS FOR FOOD STAPLES TO BE STORED IN THE
TRI-COUNTY RENT.~L APARTMENT IN TALLAHASSEE
WHEREAS, on september 26, 1995, the Board of county
Commissioners entered into a joint lease agreement with Lee County
and Charlotte County to alternately share a one-bedrom apartment
in Tallahassee to allow County Commissioners to attend legislative
committee meetings and conduct county legislative business; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that it
would be reasonable for the county to enpend funds for the purpose
of stocking the apartment with minimum food and food-related items
such as coffee, sugar, paper towels, etc;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Bo.',rd
authorizes the expenditure of Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00) '~o
stock the co-leased apartment with food staples.
