A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARC GERTNER TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY PRIVATIZATION PLUS TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on March 8, 1994,
adopted Resolution No. 94-151 which created the Collier County
Privatization Plus Task Force as an ad hoc committee for a period
not to exceed one year with a one year extension; and

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-151 provides that the Colliar }

County Privatization Plus Task Force shall consist of twelve (12)
members to be appointed by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one (1) vacancy on the
Privatization Plus Task Force; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice sOliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUfiTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Marc Gertner ,is
hereby appointed to the Collier County Privatiz"Uon Plus T'il~'lt
Force for the remainder of the vacant term, said ^:erm to expire
April 19, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and maj ority
vote.
