WHEREAS, Collier county Ordinance No. 92-80 provides that the
Collier county Code Enforce~ent Board shall consist of seven (7)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. J. D. Allen, Jr. is hereby reappointed to the Collier
County Code Enforcement Board for a term of three years, said term
expiring on February 14, 1999.
2. The Board waives the provision which sets forth the
limitation of appointment beyond two consecutive terms and hlU'~by
reappoints Charles M. Andrews reappointed to tb" Collier C,,'bty
