APPROVING TIm NOTICE OF CLAIK OF LIEN FOR TIm
1994 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT.
Florida, adopt.d Collier County Ordinanc. No. 90-30 on April 10,
90-30, and
WHEREAS, Section Fitteen ot .aid ordinanc., as amended,
provides that when it shall appear that the sp.cial assessm.nt
might have been imposed under this Ordinance against any
residential unit, but such unit was omitt.d trom the appropriat,.
special assessment roll, the Board may, by ReSOlution, impose tr,a
applicable special assessment tor the service year in which sUI:h
error is discovered and also tor the prior two ser,c.c. year., and
WHEREAS, a Certiticate ot Correction tor the . esiduntial unit
that is subject to addition to the Sp.cial Assessment Roll tor the
1994 Service year pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30,
as amended, has been tiled in the ottice ot the Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
1. The Chairman is authorized to execute the Certiticate ot
Correction and Claim ot Lien tor the residential unit identitied
as account number 631 that is b.ing add.d to the 1994 Solid Wast.
Coll.ction and Di.posal S.rvic.. Special A.....m.nt Roll pursuant
to Ordinanc. No. 90-30, a. amended.
2. The Notice ot Claim ot Li.n tor Account No. 631 is hereby
approved and .hall be recorded in the otticial records ot Collier
county, Florida, it not paid in full within 30 days tram the date
ot this Resolution.
