RESOLUTION NO. 96- 35
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
WOODSTONE, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND
ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT
ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
~lorida, on December 14, 1993, approved the plat of Woodstona for
.cecordinq; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
:-oadway, drainage, water and s,ewer improvements in accordance with
':he approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land
:Jeve1opment Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier
County Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
~he roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of
ilis maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of Development
~ervices Department has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and
'.ewer improvements and is recommending acceptance of said
:acilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptancu be
granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewor improvement:!l
in Woodstone, and authorize tho Clerk to release the maintenance
security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the CU\lnty accept the
"uture maintenance and other attendant costs for tIcs ro~dway,
lrainaqe, water and sewer improvements that are not ...eqtired to be
~aintained by the homeowners aosociation.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote
favoring same.
