RESOLUTION NO. 96- 105
A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT "B" OF RESOLUTION
NUMBER 95-526, A CONDITIONAL USE FOR PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN THE PROPERTY'S
LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
WHEREAS, the Collier county Board of Zoning Appeals adopted
Resolution 95-526, pertaining to the Conditional Use for the Immokalee
Water and Sewer District on September 12, 1995, and
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Resolution 95-526, staff
was advised that the incorrect legal description had been included as
Exhibit "B" of said Resolution and constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of zoning Appeals of
Collier County, Florida, that the legal description included as Exhibit
"B", of Resolution 95-526, is hereby amended, by adding the corrected
legal description to read as follows:
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated by,'
reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of this Board.
