RESOLUTION NO. 96-101
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER
COUNTY BUILDING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91-102, The Land Development Code, as.
amended, provides that the Collier County Builing Board or
Adjustments and Appeals shall be composed of five (5) members and
is established for the purpose of providing a decision-making body
through which an owner of a building or structure may appeal the
rejections or refusal of the Building Official to approve the mode
or manner of construction proposed to be followed or materials to
be used in the erection or alteration of that building or
structure; and
/
WHEREAS, there is currently one (1) vacancy on this Board for
the category of Fire Inspector; and
