I ~ ~ I;., ),; A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHURCH AND CHILD CARE CENTER CONDITIONAL USE IN THE "E" ESTATES ZONING DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.2.3.3.1 AND 2.2.3.3.3 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. Such turn lane, if required, shall be in place prior to the issuance of any permit for Phase II. f. Under the four-lane condition, the County reserves the right to determine the need for and the desirability of a median opening to serve this development. If such median opening is deemed necessary or desirable, the entire cost of providing the median opening shall be borne by the benefiting property owner(s). There shall be no right to any such turn lane vested in this development under any development order arising out of EXHIBIT "0" &OOK 000 PAGE 132 -1-
