RESOLUTION NO. 96-24
A RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE
COLLIER COUNTY PRIVATIZATION PLUS TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners, on Karch 8, 1994,
adopted Resolution No. 94-151 which created the Collier county
Privatization Plus Task Force as an ad hoc committe. tor . period
not to exceed one year with a one year extension; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-151 provides that the collier
county Privatization Plus Task Force shall consist ot twelve (12)
members to be appointed by Resolution ot the Board ot County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Privatization Plus Task Force has advised the
Board ot County Commissioners that one member has tailed to comply
with the requirements set torth in Ordinance No. 91-151; and
WHEREAS, the Privatization Plus Task Force has requested that
the Board ot County Commissioners attirm that a seat be declared
vacant on their Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 0' CO\.1llTY
