RESOLUTION NO. 96-23
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING NANCY MCLEAN TO THE
GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden
Gate Municipal services special Taxing District and provides that
the Board of County Commissioners appoint a committee of three to
five electors residing within the district to serve on the
Committee; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacancies on the Golden Gat.
Community Center Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board Of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from inter.sted
parties to fill the vacant term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Nancy McLean is
hereby reappointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advist,ry
Committee for a two year term, said term expiring on December ~',
1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, secon 1 ana: majority
vote.
