OFFICE AS THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY TO PIlOCESS
AND HANDLE ALL LEGAL ADVERTISING AS ~~QUIRED BY
COUNTY ORDINANCES, COUNTY RESOLUTICIIfS, FLORIDA
STATUTES AND OTHER APPROPRIATE RULES !\NO REGULATIONS

COMMISSIONERS AGENDAS.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinances, Collier County
Resolutions, Florida Statutes and other rulell1 and requlations
require certain legal advertising prior to ac:1:icln by the Board of
County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Courts has requestlld that the Boaf of
County Commissioners review the legal advertlning requirements and
adopt a Resolution designating the appropriat:ll agency to be
responsible for processing and handle all le9nl advertising for
all items to be heard and scheduled on the Be.nrd of county
Commissioners agendas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BCllUID OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, thlll: the Clerk of
Courts' Office is hereby designated to procellll and handle all
legal advertising as required by county ordinnncea County
resolutions, Florida Statutes, and other applicabl I rul.s and
requlations for all items required to be advllrtised that are
either directed or scheduled to be heard by 1:lIe Board of County
Commissioners. I
