V on Jun. 13, 1989; such conveyance. have been recorded in the Public Recorda
of Collier County, Florid.; and
VHEREAS, on April 5, 1988, the Board of County Comniln!oners .ppro~d the
market!ng procedure I for the 1.1. of the Colden Cate Estatns property conveyed
by Avatar Properties loe. Thereupon the Real Property Hanagement Departllent
h.. been .ctively marketing the property (Ph.... I through V) for ..1e to the
general public; and
VIIEREAS, there is a benefit to the County and to the public if the
admlni.trative procedure. concerning the Real E.tate Sales Agre.~pnt docun,nta
and Statutory Deed. ar, expedited, while maintaining the safegu~.d. of staff
and legal counsel review of such documents; and
'WHEREAS, the Board of County COlllDlissioners recognir.e. the benefit of
reducing till. for Board approvals and the subsequent closing proce.. on
reviewed and approved Real Estate Sale. Agreements and Statutory Deeds.
