RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING RODDEY M. BROWN AND
LLOYD WOOLSEY TO THE ISLES OF CJI.PRI FIRE
CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 78-49 created an
advisory committee for the Isles of Capri Municipal Fire services
Tax District; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-49 provides that the advisory
c01lllllittee shall consist ot three to five memben; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members expired on December 31,
1995; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Roddey M. Brown is hereby reappointed to the Isle of
Capri Fire Control District Advisory Committee for a two (2) y.ar
term, said term to expire on December 31, 1997.
2) Lloyd Woolsey is hereby reappointed to th~ Isle of Capri
Fire Control District Advisory Committee for a two (2) year tera,
said term to expire on December 31, 1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, flecond and majority
vote.
